Morris
President & CEO
Managing Director - Florida
Steven Morris is a licensed real
estate broker and mortgage broker in both California and Florida. He
has been in the real estate industry for 33 years and has over 4,000 transactions
experience in all aspects of real estate including
residential, residential income, commercial
investment, mortgage banking, settlement services and
corporate relocation. Steven is also a national
trainer, coach and a published author. His works
include, "What Now? The Real Estate Salesperson's
Guideline Book", "The Real Estate Sales
Success System", "The Real Estate Company
Success System" and numerous articles and
columns.

Vesda
Williams
Executive Vice President, COO
Vesda Williams is a licensed real
estate broker in Florida and has 20 years
experience in residential and commercial development,
residential, resort sales and sales management. She is
a Realtor CIPS, Certified International Property
Specialist and in charge of Morris Williams
Corporation's operations, CRM and ARM, foreclosure and
short sale advisory departments.

Richard
Weeks
Vice President
Managing Director - Texas
Richard Weeks is a seasoned real estate professional
with over 10 years experience, is a Licensed Real
Estate Broker and is the Morris Williams Realty's Texas Designated Broker / Officer. He is also a Certified TREC, TAR, GRI and ZipForm instructor.
He also holds a marketing degree from Lamar
University. He is dedicated to the individual success of each of our Texas Associates. Mr Weeks is also a Viet Nam war
veteran serving from 1968 to 1971.

Jeff
Werolin
Vice
President
Managing Director - California
Jeff
Werolin has 16 years of experience in the real estate industry and has over 1,700 transactions experience in residential and multifamily real estate.
Prior to joining Morris Williams executive staff, Mr. Werolin worked in
a sales and marketing leadership role as a General Manager for
a major California real estate firm and as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for
a Fortune 500 company. He has an MBA from the University of San
Francisco, is also recognized as a creative writer and speaker with expertise in the topics of sales, personal development, real estate economics and real estate technologies.
